My approach to psychotherapy is based on the congnitive behavioral model of treatment, which focuses on recognizing and changing inacurate, ineffective, and unproductive thought and behavior patterns.

Along with therapy services, I offer academic diagnostic test to determine if attention deficits, learning disorders, behavioral problems and/or emotional issues are contributing to acadmic difficulties. I offer recommendations and care coordination to help decrease adademic struggles associated with these issues.
